1-Week Online Auction Starting Sunday
I have decided to try something new and fun this coming week, which is to hold a week-long auction on my Facebook artist page.
Each day starting 9 am and finishing at midnight from Sunday, June 30th through the following Sunday July 6th, I will make 1 painting available with a starting bid. You can comment or send me a message if you would like to join in the bidding for one of these paintings and have the chance to add a small painting to your collection.
What’s this all about?
I have recently returned to the U.S. for the summer to visit my mother in Florida and have spent the past ten days going through my painting inventory here.
About a year and a half ago Florida experienced a hurricane, and while the winds were not as high as some in the past, this one brought too much water and my mother’s home experienced extreme flood damage and many paintings (and beautiful handmade Italian frames!) were lost.
After going through everything and saving what I could, there are a few resilient survivors in perfect condition that I cannot take back home with me to Rome and would be thrilled to find new and loving homes for.
These are the paintings that I will be offering (a new one each day) and come from different times, places, are in various formats and all unframed. They are each a memory of a place that I love and am happy to share with you.
This is a great opportunity to add a small painting to your collection at a better price if you are up for playing along with me on my Facebook page.
So join me here on Facebook for the auction beginning Sunday at 9 am eastern time if you would like to add any of these to your collection!
